The easiest  way is to quote queit in my thoughts  before wake up and disturb no one in my family  ...because we have  different needs  ... and different problems to solve in daily lifes struggles for survival ...

.and  closed eyes  gives   me koncentration  and  focusing  100 %   on  Jesus  scriptures  .......and  I do it  before  I wake up   in  the mornings  ... when  everything is quiet around   me  ...and  I do it before  sleep time   ...when dailys  lifes  distractions are lower  ..and not so high  in my thoughts   ...and  I have made  it  to a daily habit   ...before  go  up   in  the mornings...  before go to bed  in the evenings   ....when  I do it  daily  ...it  is  easier  to  remember  with closed eyes   Jesus  scriptures   ...and  stay koncentrated   on theese  Jesus  scriptures  with  closed  eyes   ....

I pick  random  Jesus scriptures ... to get  daily variations  in my thoughts ....  and  I think ... and quote  quiet Jesus  scriptures.....  the  same  Jesus  scriptures  over and  over and  over again ..... as a daily habit   to renewing my thoughts   with  Jesus  thouhgts  .......because  some Jesus  scriptures  are  amazing  to meditate  on   over and  over  again ....when laying  in bed ... and just relaxing  and have enough with time  to  meditate  ....
